Where can I find the BLUME.?

The BLUME. Baden Hotel & Restaurant is located in the heart of the spa town of Baden, in Switzerland.
You will find us at Kurplatz 4.

When can I check in?

Rooms are available from 3pm.

Can I check in before 3pm?

Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to check in earlier. Enjoy our free early check-in service: While we are preparing the rooms for you, you can spend some time in our restaurant.

I am travelling by car. Where can I park?

Public parking spaces are available in the underground car park at FORTYSEVEN thermal spa at the cost of CHF 19 per day. A reservation is not necessary. The ticket drawn will then be validated by us.

I am travelling by bike. Are secure parking spaces available?

Bicycles can be securely and safely parked in our atrium.

I am travelling by train. How do I get to BLUME. comfortably?

Take the train to Baden Bahnhof West station. From there, you can reach BLUME. on foot in less than 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take RVBW line 5 from the station to Ennetbaden, Schiefe Brücke or bus line 3 to “Grosse Bäder” station – from there, BLUME. is just around the corner.

By when do I have to leave my room?

Check-out is scheduled until 12 noon.

Can I leave later?

If you would like to request a late check-out, you can make a special request at the time of booking.

Which price conditions apply generally?

All prices are per person and day for accommodation and breakfast buffet, including VAT. The price is also inclusive of the city tax of CHF 3.50 per person per day.

How can I pay?

Payment for banquets and seminars is only possible via bank transfer.

Are gift vouchers available for BLUME.?

Of course! Except for accommodation, as we apply dynamic prices, which change according to the hotel’s occupancy rates.

Staying at BLUME.

Can I bring my pet to the BLUME. with me?

Small and medium-sized dog breeds and cats are welcome at BLUME. There are no additional charges.

How much do children pay at BLUME.?

Our prices for children in an extra bed per day are as follows:

up to 14 years: CHF 25.00

from 14 years: normal price

Is the spa area included in the price?

Yes, the spa area and the hotel’s own thermal baths are included in our prices. A reservation is required.

From what age are children allowed in the thermal baths/spa?

There is no age limit for children in our thermal baths. Please note though that a shorter bathing time applies, as the water is just under 40°C.

Our spa is a nude area; therefore, a minimum age of 16 years applies.

What does BLUME. taste like?

Our cuisine is a refreshing blend of skill, art, and love. All our ingredients are carefully selected, and our kitchen offers many home-cooked dishes made from seasonal produce.

Do you have special requests? We are creative and offer you customised aperitif and banquet choices.

Are vegetarian dishes also available?

There is always a vegetarian and vegan alternative available.

What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?

You still do not have to miss out on the BLUME. delicacies! Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.

I would like to take a break from my car, is that possible?

Baden is ideal for being explored by bike. All sights and destinations can also be reached easily by public transport. A car is therefore not necessary to explore the surroundings.
