Fresh, seasonal, regional
Since 2019, Chef de Cuisine Lukas Rüfenacht and his team have followed a clear philosophy in their creations: fresh, regionally inspired dishes and lovingly composed seasonal classics. The restaurant menu changes with the seasons, allowing as much fresh, regional produce as possible to reach your plate. On weekdays, we offer a changing two-course lunch menu – simple and simply delicious.
Enjoy a glass of wine from our own vineyard with your food: our Ammonit house wine accompanies your meal, starting with a glass of sparkling Secco and followed by a unique wine to go with your main course.
The Atrium – where good food takes centre stage
The heart of BLUME. is the light-filled Atrium, which rises over four floors and, with its flowers and plants, exudes an almost Mediterranean flair. On dry summer days, you can enjoy a drink out in the garden restaurant on the redesigned Kurplatz square.
